The bridal suite opens. Hair and makeup arrive (or your own team, if that's your path). The groom's prep room has its own entrance — no accidental first looks. Coffee, the field, the quiet.
The bench under the willow, or the steps of the barn. Your photographer has a full list of our favorite spots — they've usually shot here before.
Garden paths, the gazebo with the Blue Ridge behind, the red doors of the barn. We hold the schedule so you never feel rushed between locations — every spot is a 90-second walk.
Vows at the gazebo or the chapel — your call, watching the weather. Our coordinator handles processional cues, music timing, and the indoor backup, if needed, in under twelve minutes.
You disappear with your photographer for sunset portraits while your people drink, eat, throw a few games on the lawn. The Blue Ridge does its job behind the bar.
Family-style or plated, your choice. Toasts, the first dance, the cake. The handcrafted industrial chandeliers in the hayloft do their quiet work — couples always remember the light.
The floor opens. By 22:30 we send you off — sparklers, a vintage getaway car if you've arranged one, the long warm walk to the gate. The team cleans behind you.
